基于性能导航(PBN)是国际民航组织整合了各国区域导航(NNAV)和所需性能导航(RNP)运行实践和技术标准的基础上,提出的一种新型运行概念。本文结合PBN的相关要求和RNAV的基本特点,着重分析了“区域导航程序”在长沙机场终端区的应用与实施状况,对长沙机场传统程序和RNAV程序进行了比较,提出了RNAV程序的先进性和实施RNAV的作用及优势。
Performance-based navigation (PBN) is a new concept of operation proposed by ICAO based on the operational practices and technical standards of NNAV and required performance navigation (RNP). Based on the relevant requirements of PBN and the basic features of RNAV, this paper focuses on the application and implementation of “Regional Navigation Program ” in the terminal area of Changsha Airport. Compared with the traditional program and RNAV program of Changsha Airport, this paper proposed the RNAV program Advances and the role and benefits of RNAV implementation.
