近年来国内外报告白血病发病日益增多,且有逐年增多的趋势。我院自1964年至1973年底,在内科住院治疗的急、慢性白血病,经过筛选诊断明确者共97例(占同时期内科住院患者总数的0.96％),亦有逐年增多的情况。根据我院资料急性多于慢性,故本文在临床表现、诊断、治疗等方面多着重对急性白血病的分析。
In recent years, the incidence of leukemia reported at home and abroad is increasing, and there is a trend of increasing year by year. In our hospital from 1964 to the end of 1973, acute and chronic leukemia hospitalized in medicine, after screening and identification of a total of 97 cases (accounting for the same period the total number of hospitalized patients 0.96%), but also increased year by year. According to our hospital more acute than chronic, so this article in clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and more focused on the analysis of acute leukemia.
