十八大以来我们党在党要管党、从严治党的实践中提出的一系列新思想新观点新论断,既丰富和发展了党的建设理论,又为党内法规建设指明了方向——制度创新源自实践探索和形势需要,也离不开理论的创新发展。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为总书记的党中央在深入推进党要管党、从严治党的实践中,联系历史、把握当下,围绕全面从严治党、加强党的建设、强化党内监督提出一系列富有创见的新思想新观点新论断新要求,有力地指导了党内法规制度建设。
