1978年Narula提出心房连续起搏法(简称CAP法)间接测定窦房传导时间(SAC-Tc)、其计算公式基于几个假定条件。究竟这些假设能否成立,众说不一,但均无直接证据。近年来导管电极法记录窦房结电图(SNE)成功,它不仅可用以直接测定窦房传导时间(SACT_d),也为判断SACT_c的真实性提供了客观依据。本文测定了14例SACT_c,并同步记录SNE,根据SNE中直接测定的有关时间间期证明CAP法的某些假设值得商榷。材料和方法一、受检者:均系我院临床心脏电生理或心导管检查的住院患者。14例中男6人,女8人,年龄为17~53岁。其窦房结功能(SNF)均正常,所有受检者检查前至少三天未服用任何影响SNF的药物。
Narula in 1978 proposed atrial continuous pacing method (referred to as CAP method) indirect determination of sinoatrial conduction time (SAC-Tc), the formula is based on several assumptions. Whether these assumptions can be established or not depends on different opinions, but there is no direct evidence. In recent years, catheter electrode recording of sinus node electrocardiogram (SNE) success, it can be used not only to directly determine the sinoatrial conduction time (SACT_d), but also to determine the authenticity of SACT_c provides an objective basis. In this paper, 14 cases of SACT_c were measured and SNE recorded simultaneously. Some hypotheses of CAP method were proved to be debatable according to the relevant time interval measured directly in SNE. Materials and methods First, the subjects: all in our hospital clinical cardiac electrophysiology or cardiac catheterization inpatients. 14 cases of 6 males and 8 females, aged from 17 to 53 years. The SNF was normal, and all subjects had not taken any SNF-affecting medication for at least three days prior to the exam.
