1989年4月20～22日,25个冶金机械厂的代表在苏州参加了第十一届冶金机械企业的节能工作会议。冶金部设备制造总公司梁志鸿同志作了工作报告,介绍了冶金机械企业1988年晋等升级和节能技改方面的情况。会议部署的1989年节能工作有:努力提高职工的节能意识;推广系统节能;抓紧炉窑及企业的晋等升级;抓好节电节水和余热回收。使百无产值综合能耗比上年下降5％。
From April 20 to April 22, 1989, representatives from 25 metallurgical machinery factories participated in the 11th Metallurgical Machinery Enterprise Energy Conservation Conference in Suzhou. Ministry of Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Corporation Comrade Liang Zhihong made a work report, introduced metallurgical machinery enterprises in 1988 Jin upgrade and energy-saving technical aspects of the situation. Conference energy conservation work in 1989 are: efforts to raise awareness of energy-saving workers; promote system energy saving; pay close attention to upgrading of furnaces and other enterprises; do a good job of saving water and heat recovery.
