以六倍体小簇麦为母本,天蓝偃麦草为父本,经杂交获得小簇麦─天蓝偃麦草三属杂种F1。杂种自交不孕,形态上呈双亲中间型,并保持双亲所具有的优良抗性。杂种体细胞染色体数2n=6x=42,减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体平均配对构型为30.75Ⅰ+5.24Ⅱ+0.22Ⅲ+0.03Ⅳ。讨论了克服F1不育的方法。
Using hexaploid wheat as the female parent and Thinopyrum intermedium as the male parent, three cluster F1 hybrids were obtained by crossbreeding. Hybrid self-fertility, morphology was intermediate parents, and maintain the parents have good resistance. The chromosome number of hybrid somatic chromosomes was 2n = 6x = 42, while that of metaphase I metaplasia was 30.75Ⅰ + 5.24Ⅱ + 0.22Ⅲ + 0.03Ⅳ. Discuss ways to overcome F1 infertility.
