韩国综合商社是７０年代仿照日本综合商社建立起来的，但它又不同于日本商社，是在政府政策推动下，依据韩国国情、企业发展状况及经济发展的需要组建的，是迄今世界上移植日本综合商社最成功的例证。我国目前正在探索组建综合商社，我们不仅要研究日本的经验，更要研究与我国国情更为接近的韩国的例子。本文从分析韩国组建综合商社的背景和目的出发，研究韩国政府根据本国国情及经济发展的不同阶段对综合商社所提出的不同标准及要求，分析了取得的成绩和对我国组建综合商社的启示。
The Korea General Trading Company was established in the 1970s following the model of the Japan General Trading Company, but it is different from the Japanese trading company. It was established under the government policy and based on the national conditions of South Korea, the development of the company, and the needs of economic development. So far it has been transplanted to the world in Japan. Comprehensive trading company’s most successful example. China is currently exploring the establishment of a comprehensive trading company. We must not only study the experience of Japan, but also study the example of South Korea that is closer to our national conditions. From the perspective of analyzing the background and purpose of the establishment of a comprehensive trading company in South Korea, this paper studies the different standards and requirements of the Korean government based on its national conditions and different stages of economic development, and analyzes the achievements and inspiration for the establishment of a comprehensive trading company in China.
