本文目的是探讨大鼠心肌梗死区伸展(IE)对左心室功能的影响。开胸结扎左冠状动脉造成穿壁性心肌梗死,于术后第9天测定基础状态和增加负荷状态的左室泵血和收缩性能指标。结果显示,虽然IE组与无IE组的梗死心肌量相同(P>0.5),但与无IE组比较,IE组的梗死心肌占据了更大的心室表面积(P<0.0005),梗死心壁变薄也更为显著(P<0.02),各项心功能指标均明显差于无IE组,IE严重程度与主要的心功能指标间存在着显著性负相关。因此,本实验证明,IE是大鼠梗塞心室功能的重要影响因素之一。文中对可能的机制进行了讨论。
The purpose of this article is to investigate the effects of stretch in the infarct zone (IE) on left ventricular function in rats. Thoracotomy was performed by ligating the left coronary artery to establish a transmural myocardial infarction. On the 9th day after surgery, basal and load-dependent left ventricular pumping and systolic parameters were measured. The results showed that infarct myocardium of IE group occupied a larger ventricular surface area (P <0.0005), myocardial infarction (P <0.02). All cardiac function indexes were significantly worse than those without IE. There was a significant negative correlation between IE severity and major cardiac function indexes. Therefore, this experiment proves that IE is one of the important influencing factors of infarction ventricular function in rats. The paper discusses possible mechanisms.
