本文针对淮北平原水旱灾害交错发生的特点,研究流域旱涝综合治理优化模型。根据水资源大系统优化理论,建立了“分解-聚合”谱系递阶结构模型,对流域内沟、闸、井等工程设施的合理布局和规模进行优化,并为联合运用地表水和地下水提供优化控制方案。文中还以汾泉河流域为实例,采用“DDDP-BSDP”套用的优化方法进行求解,验证了所建优化模型及其解法的有效性。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of staggered occurrence of floods and droughts in the Huaibei Plain, the paper studies the optimization model of drought and flood comprehensive treatment in the basin. According to the theory of large-scale water resources system optimization, a hierarchical structure model of “decomposition-aggregation” genealogy was established to optimize the reasonable layout and scale of engineering facilities such as gully, gate and well in the drainage basin and to provide optimization for the combined use of surface water and groundwater Control plan. Taking the Fenquan River basin as an example, this paper uses the optimization method of “DDDP-BSDP” to solve the problem, and verifies the validity of the optimized model and its solution.
