尼氏钝绥螨 Amblyseius nicholsi 抗有机磷赣州种群,经正反交及回交试验分析说明该种群对亚胺硫磷的抗性由半显性的多基因控制,在果园间隔一年多时间采集的尼氏钝绥螨对亚胺硫磷的抗性基本稳定,说明多基因抗性同样可在田间保持较稳定的种群。
Amblyseius nicholsi was resistant to organophosphate Ganzhou population. The reciprocal crosses and backcross experiments indicated that the population resistance to imipenem was controlled by the semi-dominant polygene and collected in the orchard at intervals of more than one year The resistance of Nyneese’s Amblyseius mite to methicillin was basically stable, indicating that multi-gene resistance could also maintain a more stable population in the field.
