用纳米铝粉替代3%(质量分数)的微米级铝粉,获得均匀一致的高能固体推进剂药块。研究了纳米铝粉对药块的安全、力学、燃烧和能量性能的影响。结果表明,含纳米铝粉的药块内部结合更紧密,密度与原高能推进剂配方的相同,安全性能和力学性能相差不大。在PET黏合剂体系中加入纳米铝粉能有效提高体系的动、静态燃速,降低燃速压强指数,但未改变其能量性能。
Use nano aluminum powder instead of 3% (mass fraction) micron aluminum powder to obtain uniform high energy solid propellant block. The effect of nanometer aluminum powder on the safety, mechanics, combustion and energy performance of the pellets was studied. The results show that the nano-aluminum powder containing nano-aluminum block with more closely integrated, the same density and the original high-energy propellant formulations, safety performance and mechanical properties of little difference. Adding nano aluminum powder into the PET binder system can effectively improve the dynamic and static burning rate of the system and reduce the burning rate pressure index without changing its energy performance.
