以细菌rDNAISR通用引物对鼠伤寒等8种沙门氏菌进行了PCR分析,表明在沙门氏菌属的不同菌株中都存在1个比大肠杆菌的LISR长几十个碱基对的LISR.进一步测定和分析鼠伤寒、纽波特和田纳西3种沙门氏菌LISR的全序列,揭示出不同血清型的沙门氏菌具有相似的tRNA基因间隔区和特征性核苷酸序列.这些特征序列可以作为沙门氏菌属的分子标志,用于沙门氏菌的分子检验和系统学鉴定.
PCR analysis of eight species of Salmonella typhimurium using bacterial rDNAISR universal primers showed that there are 1 L-ISRs longer than L-ISR of E. coli in different Salmonella isolates. Further analysis and analysis of the full-length sequences of Salmonella typhimurium LISR in S. typhimurium, Newport and Tennessee revealed that Salmonella of different serotypes have similar tRNA intergenic regions and characteristic nucleotide sequences. These signature sequences can be used as molecular markers of Salmonella for molecular testing and systematic identification of Salmonella.
