目的观察胃细胞逆转丸对胃癌前期病变的治疗效果．方法选择３６例胃癌前期病变患者应用胃细胞逆转丸（主要由党参，丹参，大黄，黄连等１５味中药组成）进行治疗，其中轻度萎缩性胃炎１３例（３６１％），中度萎缩性胃炎１４例（３８９％），重度萎缩性胃炎９例（２５０％），伴肠上皮化生者２２例（６１１％），异型增生者２７例（７５０％）．男２０例，女１６例，年龄３０岁～６７岁，其中４０岁～５９岁者２２例（６１１％）．病程３个月～２１年，其中５年～１０年者２０例（５５６％）．临床表现为痞满３１例，疼痛２７例，纳呆３０例，嗳气２６例，泛酸６例，便溏９例．３个月１疗程．疗程结束后，对患者的临床症状、胃粘膜的萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生改善情况进行分析．结果经胃细胞逆转丸治疗３个月后，临床症状痊愈７例，显效１１例，好转１３例，无效５例，总有效率为８６１％．１３例轻度萎缩性胃炎中１１例转为浅表性胃炎，２例无变化；１４例中度萎缩性胃炎中有４例转为浅表性胃炎，７例转为轻度萎缩性胃炎，３例无变化；９例重度萎缩性胃炎中有５例转为中度萎缩性胃炎，４例无变化，慢性萎缩性胃炎总有效率为７７８％．９例轻度肠上皮化生消失６例，无变化３例；１?
3. Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of gastric cell reverse pill on precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma. Methods Thirty-six patients with precancerous lesions were treated with gastric cell reversal pills (mainly composed of 15 Chinese herbal medicines, including Dangshen, Salvia miltiorrhiza, rhubarb, and berberine). Among them, 13 cases (36.1%) of mild atrophic gastritis, moderate atrophy.
