目的:探讨人脑星形细胞瘤的多药耐药基因表达的规律及其与肿瘤恶性程度的相关性。方法:将手术切除并经病理证实的星形细胞瘤标本按病理分级分成A组、B组,A组为星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级和Ⅰ级~Ⅱ级,B组为Ⅲ级和Ⅱ级~Ⅲ级,用免疫组化链霉菌抗生素蛋白—过氧化物酶连接法(SP法)测定P蛳糖蛋白免疫标记物的表达情况。结果:A组阳性率为45.45 %(5/11),B组阳性率为70.0 %(7/10),其中强阳性3例(P<0.05)。结论:MDR 的表达率与肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关。
Objective: To investigate the regularity of multidrug resistance gene expression in human brain astrocytoma and its correlation with the degree of tumor malignancy. Methods: The specimens of astrocytomas resected and pathologically confirmed were divided into group A and group B according to their pathological grade. Group A was astrocytoma Ⅰ and Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ, group B was Ⅲ and Ⅱ. Ⅲ grade, using immunohistochemical Streptomyces antibiotic protein - peroxidase connection method (SP method) P 蛳 glycoprotein immunological markers of expression. Results: The positive rate of A group was 45.45% (5/11), and the positive rate of B group was 70.0% (7/10). Among them, 3 cases were strongly positive (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of MDR is positively correlated with the degree of tumor malignancy.
