研究了3Cr2W8V钢粉末钛铭共渗的渗剂、工艺参数及其对共渗层的影响。结果表明,共渗温度等工艺参数对共渗层的影响遵循扩散的一般规律。在1000℃保温4h条件下,能得到较佳的共渗层。3Cr2W8V钢钛铬共渗层的相结构为(Cr,Fe)7C3和Cr7C3,其表面硬度可达1682~1950HV0.1,耐磨、抗氧化、耐腐蚀性能均有显著提高。共渗试样可进行热处理,以提高基体性能。
The penetrating agent of 3Cr2W8V steel powder TiMn, the process parameters and its influence on the co-diffusion layer were studied. The results show that the influence of process parameters such as co-infiltration temperature on the co-diffusion layer follows the general rule of diffusion. At 1000 ℃ heat 4h conditions, can get a better co-layer. The phase structure of 3Cr2W8V titanium-titanium-chromium co-diffusion layer is (Cr, Fe) 7C3 and Cr7C3. The surface hardness of 3Cr2W8V reaches 1682 ~ 1950HV0.1, and its wear resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance are all improved significantly. Permeation samples can be heat treated to improve matrix properties.
