流化床干燥过程中床料物质属性和流动状态发生改变较大,单一的压力测量难以提供过程的全面信息。本研究将压力和电容层析成像(ECT)结合,用于干燥过程在线监测,探究不同工况下流化床的波动特性及不同参数对干燥过程的影响。结果表明,压差频谱分布可以反映颗粒密相和气泡相的波动特征;电容层析成像可以用于测量床料湿度和浓度分布。压差和电容层析成像的结合为流化床干燥过程关键参数提取、流动状态在线测量提供了一种新的方法。
Fluidized bed material properties during bed drying and flow conditions change greatly, a single pressure measurement is difficult to provide comprehensive information on the process. In this study, pressure and capacitance tomography (ECT) were combined for on-line monitoring of drying process to investigate the fluctuation characteristics of fluidized bed under different operating conditions and the influence of different parameters on the drying process. The results show that the pressure spectrum distribution can reflect the phase characteristics of the granular phase and the bubble phase. The capacitive tomography can be used to measure the bed humidity and concentration distribution. The combination of pressure differential and capacitive tomography provides a new method for the extraction of key parameters in the fluidized bed drying process and on-line measurement of flow conditions.
