管灸对面神经损伤模型家兔TrkA表达的影响

目的:探讨管灸治疗面神经损伤的机理.方法:采用机械压榨制作家兔面神经损伤模型,采免疫组化技术、原位杂交技术观察管灸对其面神核、面神经TrkA蛋白和mRNA表达的影响,并和热疗进行对比.结果:与模型组比较,管灸组各部位TrkA蛋白和mRNA表达均增加,有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01).热疗组各部位均无明显增加.结论:管灸可显著增加各部位TrkA的表达,从而促进面神经损伤的修复和再生.“,”Objective:To reveal the molecular mechanisms of Guan-moxibustion in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods:With the model of rabbits in Sunderland Ⅲ injury in facial nerve,they were randondy divided into 4groups,sham operation group,model group,Guan-moxibustion group and hyperthermia group.Applying immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization to compare the expression of tyrosine kinase A (TrkA) protein and mRNA the nucleus of facial nerve and facial nerve among the groups.Results:Comparing with the model groups and the hyperthermia groups,hyperthermia expression of TrkA protein and mRNA in the nucleus of facial nerve,facial nerve and mimetic muscle of Guan-moxibustion group is obviously increased (P <0.05).Conclusions:Guan-moxibustion can obviously increase the expression of TrkA in the nucleus of facial nerve and facial nerve.
