目的:研究木通皂苷D在大鼠粪便中的代谢物。方法:灌胃木通皂苷D(400mg·kg-1)后收集粪样,运用高效液相色谱和质谱联用技术检测木通皂苷D的代谢产物。结果:在给药后大鼠的粪便中,发现并初步鉴定了5个主要代谢产物的化学结构。结论:大鼠口服给予木通皂苷D后,在粪便中的主要代谢产物为3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元-28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷、常春藤皂苷元-28-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷、3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-常春藤皂苷元、常春藤皂苷元及常春藤皂苷元-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷。
OBJECTIVE: To study the metabolites of samaralin D in rat feces. Methods: Stool samples were collected after intragastric administration of saponin D (400 mg · kg -1) and the metabolites of saponin D were detected by high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry. RESULTS: The chemical structures of five major metabolites were found and initially identified in the stools of rats after administration. CONCLUSION: The main metabolite in rats after oral administration of acteoside D is 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-hederagenin-28-β-D-glucopyranoside , Hematogen sapogenin -28-β-D-glucopyranoside, 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-heliotropin, hederagenin and hederagenin-28-O -β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside.
