本文应用动态心电图对50例左室假腱索的健康人与室性早搏(简称室早)的关系进行前瞻性探讨。其结果表明:左室假腱索组来源左室的室早检出率为76%,与不伴有左室假腱索组有非常显著性差异。来源右室的室早两组则没有显著性差异。左室假腱索组来源左室的室早夜间明显多于白天,1、2级室早占76.3%。作者认为:左室假腱索是健康人引起室早常见原因之一,可视为功能性室早。
In this paper, 50 cases of left ventricular pseudo tendon cord dynamic ECG and ventricular premature beats (referred to as premature ventricular contractions) were prospectively discussed. The results showed that: left ventricular pseudo-tendon cord originated from the left ventricular early detection rate of 76%, and not associated with left ventricular false tendon cord group has a very significant difference. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the right ventricle. Left ventricular pseudo-tendon cable group left ventricle room early night significantly more than during the day, the first two-stage room 76.3%. The author believes that: left ventricular pseudo-tendon cable is one of the common causes of early normal room can be considered as functional early.
