目的 掌握河南省城市医疗资源拥有量和利用率现状 ,以及医疗质量、服务水平和人力资源等特点。方法 采用全省普查的方法 ,对河南省 18个城市二级以上医院 1999年的卫生资源拥有量、结构及医疗水平等进行调查。结果 河南省城市二级以上医院共 182所 ,实有病床总数为 5 110 7张 ,医生总数为 2 2 85 9人 ,医护比为 1∶1 0 4。病床使用率为 6 5 5 5 % ,病床工作日为 2 34 6 3天 ,病床平均周转次数为 15 5 1次 ,平均住院日为 13 87天。平均每所医院收支结余为 - 15 0 2 7万元 ,药品收入占总收入的4 4 6 7%。结论 河南省城市二级以上医院工作效率接近全国平均水平 ,医护配置结构需进行调整 ,药品收入比重较高
Objective To grasp the current situation of the ownership and utilization rate of urban medical resources in Henan Province, as well as the characteristics of medical quality, service level and human resources. Methods The method of the province census was used to investigate the health resources ownership, structure and medical level in 1999 in second-class hospitals of 18 cities in Henan Province. Results There were 182 hospitals above Grade II in Henan Province. The total number of hospital beds was 5 110 7, the total number of doctors was 2 859 and the ratio of health care to care was 1 104. The hospital bed occupancy rate was 65.5%, the bed working day was 2 34 6 3 days, the average bed turnover rate was 15 5 times, and the average length of stay was 1387 days. The average balance of revenue and expenditure in each hospital was - 15 0 27 million yuan, and the revenue from medicine accounted for 4 46.7% of the total income. Conclusion The work efficiency of two or more hospitals in urban areas in Henan Province is close to the national average, and the structure of healthcare distribution needs to be adjusted with a higher proportion of revenue
