采用粉末冶金法制备纯Ta锭坯,坯料经锻造、轧制成厚度为0.28mm的Ta片。研究了不同的粉末粒度配比、中间退火温度、成品退火温度对Ta片物理性能的影响。结果表明,粉末冶金法制备的纯Ta片的物理性能如抗拉强度、延伸率、显微硬度是可以通过不同的粉末粒度配比、中间退火温度及成品退火温度进行一定范围的调整,生产出的Ta片性能达到客户要求。
The pure Ta billet was prepared by the powder metallurgy method. The billet was forged and rolled into Ta sheet with the thickness of 0.28mm. The effects of different particle size distribution, intermediate annealing temperature and finished annealing temperature on physical properties of Ta sheet were investigated. The results show that the physical properties of pure Ta sheet prepared by powder metallurgy method such as tensile strength, elongation, microhardness can be adjusted by a range of different powder particle size, intermediate annealing temperature and finished annealing temperature to produce Ta chip performance to meet customer requirements.
