履带起重机行走装置主要由行走机构和车架组成,行走机构与车架的连接,分为可变轨的伸缩式连接和不可变轨的铰接式连接。决定履带起重机行走机构与车架连接方式的主要因素有2点:一是整机作业时对履带轨距变化的需求,二是拆解运输时对主机尺寸及质量的要求。本文针对履带起重机伸缩式行走机构伸缩处间隙调整方法存在的问题进行改进,以解决行走机构行走时产生振动、履带板和支重轮产生偏磨问题。
Crawler crane walking device is mainly composed of a walking mechanism and a frame. The connection between a walking mechanism and a frame is divided into a telescopic connection of a variable rail and an articulated connection of an immutable track. There are two main factors that determine the connection between the crawler crane traveling frame and the frame: one is the demand for track gauge variation when the whole machine is working, and the other is the requirement on the size and quality of the host when disassembling and transporting. In this paper, the problems existing in the method of adjusting the clearance of telescopic walking mechanism of crawler cranes are improved in order to solve the problem that the walking mechanism generates vibration when walking, and the eccentric wear of track shoes and rollers is caused.
