文献报告,乳腺小叶增生症是一种机体内分泌功能紊乱而导致的疾病。本文报道应用RIA法对93例乳腺小叶增生症患者进行血清生长激素(HGH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_2),促黄体生成素(LH),睾酮(T)水平。其意义在于探讨本病患者内分泌功能之紊乱状况,并为乳腺小叶增生症诊治提供参考依据。 对象和方法 一、对象: (一)正常人:35人。选自本院健康体检合格的正常人,心肺正常,肝、肾功能试验正常,无乳腺疾患,年龄18~25岁,平均21.3岁。 (二)患者组:93人。均为本院乳腺疾病专科门诊就诊者,全部病例均经临床和冷光学检查证实,部
Literature reports, breast lobular hyperplasia is a disease caused by endocrine disorders. In this paper, 93 cases of breast lobular hyperplasia were studied by RIA method. The levels of serum growth hormone (HGH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (T) level.
