采用硝酸、氢氟酸、盐酸、高氯酸混合溶液分解试样,然后采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测量试样中铝、钙、锰、铬、钛、铜、磷、镍等元素含量。进行了试样分解、光谱干扰、共存元素干扰、内标元素选择等试验,对各分析条件进行了探讨。该方法各元素测量范围在0.005%~3.00%,经采用标准样品进行精度和准确度试验,得出该方法的测量精度和准确度均较好,满足硅铁中铝、钙、锰、铬、铜、镍、磷、钛的测量要求。
