沥青混凝土路面就地热再生技术是未来公路养护发展的方向 ,作者对目前正在研发的一种新型沥青混凝土路面热再生养护机械作了简要介绍。并建立了沥青混凝土路面的传热数学模型 ,利用计算流体模拟软件FL UENT对沥青混凝土路面进行非稳态传热模拟研究 ,求出了路面内部温度场。通过和实测数据进行对比分析 ,得出了几个重要结论 ,这对后续的研究开发提供了一个可靠的依据
On-site thermal regeneration technology of asphalt concrete pavement is the future direction of highway maintenance development. The author gives a brief introduction of a new type of asphalt pavement thermal regeneration and conservation machinery currently under development. The mathematic model of heat transfer of asphalt concrete pavement was established. The unsteady heat transfer simulation of asphalt concrete pavement was simulated by FLUENT, and the temperature field inside the pavement was calculated. Through the comparative analysis with the measured data, several important conclusions have been obtained, which provide a reliable basis for subsequent research and development
