目的:探讨超短波联合维D2果糖酸钙治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年8月-2014年4月在惠州市中心人民医院治疗的85例支气管肺炎婴幼儿,随机分为两组,均采用肺炎的常规疗法,对照组43例在常规治疗的基础在再给予患儿单纯的超短波辅助治疗;观察组42例在对照组治疗的基础上再给予患儿维D2果糖酸钙进行治疗。结果:观察组支气管肺炎患儿咳嗽症状消失<5 d的患儿有25例(59.52%),而对照组仅有11例(25.58%),观察组患儿在咳嗽症状的消失时间方面与对照组患儿相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组支气管肺炎患儿啰音消失时间<5 d的患儿有19例(45.24%),而对照组仅有7例(16.28%),观察组患儿在啰音的消失时间方面与对照组患儿相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率为100.00%,而对照组患儿治疗总有效率仅为83.72%,两组患儿在治疗总有效率方面的比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超短波联合维D2果糖酸钙治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of ultrashort wave combined with vitamin D2 fructose calcium in the treatment of infantile bronchial pneumonia. Methods: A total of 85 children with bronchopneumonia treated in the People’s Hospital of Huizhou City from August 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The total effective rate was 100.00% in the observation group and 83.72% in the control group. The difference between the two groups in the total effective rate was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ultrashort wave combined with vitamin D2 fructose calcium in the treatment of infantile bronchopneumonia has a significant effect.
