很多研究表明薪酬激励对中小企业创新能力的作用显著,员工的人力资本和员工的平均薪酬很大程度上影响到了他们的创新能力。而目前我国中小物流企业的薪酬管理体系仍然存在很大的缺陷和漏洞,笔者想通过对中小物流企业的薪酬激励体系现状进行分析,研究出怎样公正、公平、公开的构建劳动薪酬体系,从而发挥薪酬激励在中小物流企业创新能力方面的作用。
