1990年:市场走出低谷喜中有忧从总体上看,1990年的市场是在平稳回升中度过的。上半年社会商品零售总额为4039亿元,比上年同期下降1.9%。2月份以后,社会商品零售总额均为负增长,但降幅逐步缩小呈回升态势。分月来看,2月份下降5.6%,3月份下降4.9%,4月份下降3.3%,5月份下降0.5%。针对市场持续疲软的状态,国家从1990年上半年(主要是从第二季度)开始采取了一系列宏观经济政策及措施:(1)向生产领域注入大量流动资金,使工业生产形势开始出现好
1990: The market is out of the doldrums In general, the market in 1990 was spent in a steady recovery. In the first half of the year, the total retail sales of social commodities was 403.9 billion yuan, down 1.9% over the same period of last year. After February, the total retail sales of social products were negative growth, but the gradual decline of the decline was picking up. On a monthly basis, it dropped 5.6% in February, 4.9% in March, 3.3% in April and 0.5% in May. In response to the continued weakness of the market, the state adopted a series of macroeconomic policies and measures starting from the first half of 1990 (mainly from the second quarter): (1) infusing a large amount of liquidity into the production area to make industrial production begin to appear good
