近一两年,我们的新闻事业得到很大发展。1987年,以大兴安岭火灾内幕的报道为起点,一大批新闻稿件突破“禁区”,得到社会广泛的关注。十三大的开放性报道,更是新闻改革的范例。赵紫阳在十三大报告中提出发挥舆论监督作用,要求“重大情况让人民知道,重大问题经人民讨论”,给新闻界提出了新的光荣而艰世的任务,同时也为新闻改革提供了一个空前良好的开放环境。现在,需要进一步解放思想,加速新闻改革的步伐。这就要求认真解决以下几个问题。①破除将新闻作为“仆役”的工具意识,确立社会需要论的观念。
In the past year or two, our journalism has greatly developed. In 1987, starting with reports of the fire in the Greater Hinggan Mountains, a large number of press releases broke through the “closed areas” and gained wide public concern. The opening of the 13th National Congress is an example of news reform. Zhao Ziyang put forward the role of public opinion in his report on the 13th National Congress and demanded that “major situations should let the people know that major issues should be discussed by the people.” This has given the press a new glorious and arduous task as well as providing news reform An unprecedentedly good open environment. Now, we need to further emancipate the mind and accelerate the pace of news reform. This requires serious solution to the following questions. ① Break the notion of using news as a tool of “servant” to establish the concept of social necessity.
