蒸发管是炼油厂催化裂化装置的汽水分离器外取热器的一种翅片管零部件,其管子和翅片的材质分别为20g和15CrMo钢。按常规方法要求,该异种钢焊接时需采取焊前预热、中间消氢处理及焊后热处理等工艺措施才能保证质量。但由于该蒸发管结构上的原因以及制造设施等的限制,上述措施均难以实施。为解决在焊前不预热和中间不消氢处理条件下进行异种钢焊接的问题,需对焊缝稀释率进行有效控制,并且确定相适应的焊接材料、焊接电流及焊接速度。
