目的观察静脉输注脂肪乳剂对伴高甘油三脂(TG)血症胰腺炎大鼠胰腺的病理损害程度。方法SD大鼠静脉滴注蛙皮素(cerulein)诱导水肿性胰腺炎,静脉注射辛基苯基聚氧乙烯醚(TritonWR1339)诱导高TG血症。60只大鼠随机分为5组:A组(胰腺炎组);B1组(轻度高TG血症+胰腺炎组);B2组(轻度高TG血症+胰腺炎+脂肪乳剂组);C1组(中度高TG血症+胰腺炎组);C2组(中度高TG血症+胰腺炎+脂肪乳剂组)。定期测定血清TG值,淀粉酶(AMS)值,测定胰腺湿重,腹水评分以及光镜观察胰腺组织病理损害程度。结果B2组血清TG值、AMS值,胰腺湿重测定,腹水评分及胰腺病理组织学评分与B1组比较差异无统计学意义;C2组血清TG值及AMS值均较C1组明显升高(P<0.05),胰腺湿重测定,腹水评分及胰腺病理组织学评分较C1组加重。结论伴高TG血症的胰腺炎大鼠,当其血清TG值达到一定程度≥(3.86±0.36)mmol/L时,静脉输注脂肪乳剂,将导致血清TG水平进一步升高,胰腺炎病理损害加重。
Objective To observe the pathological changes of pancreas induced by intravenous infusion of fat emulsion in rats with high triglyceride (TG) hyperlipidemia pancreatitis. Methods Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intravenously with cerulein to induce edematous pancreatitis. Triton WR1339 was injected intravenously to induce hypertriglyceridemia. 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: group A (pancreatitis group); group B1 (mild hypertriglyceridaemia + pancreatitis group); group B2 (mild hypercholesteremia + pancreatitis + fat emulsion group) ; Group C1 (moderately hypertensive TG + pancreatitis); group C2 (moderately hypertensive TG + pancreatitis + fat emulsion). Serum TG value, amylase (AMS) value were measured regularly, the pancreas wet weight, ascites score and light microscope were used to observe the extent of pathological damage in pancreatic tissue. Results There was no significant difference in serum TG value, AMS value, pancreatic wet weight, ascites score and pancreatic histopathological score between B2 group and B1 group. The serum TG value and AMS value in C2 group were significantly higher than those in C1 group (P <0.05), pancreas wet weight determination, ascites score and pancreatic histopathological score than C1 group increased. Conclusions Intravenous fat emulsion can increase the level of serum triglyceride and cause pathological damage of pancreatitis when the serum TG value reaches a level of (3.86 ± 0.36) mmol / L in pancreatitis with high triglyceridemia Increase.
