中国石油天然气股份有限公司华北销售分公司成立于一九九九年五月,主要承担中国石油在北京、天津、山西、河北等两省两市的成品油销售业务。现有员工2．5万人,资产总额近百亿元,油库库容43万方,投入运营的加油站1705座,年销售量1000万吨。公司下辖5 个省市(区域)分公司、3个驻厂分公司和38个控股公司。 2005年公司共销售成品油977万吨。其中零售量335万吨,同比增加144万吨,增幅750％;实现销售收入371亿元, 同比增加62亿元,实现考核利润13．37亿元。
PetroChina North China Sales Company was established in May 1999 and mainly undertakes the sales of refined oil products of PetroChina in two provinces and two cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi and Hebei. Existing staff of 25,000 people, with total assets of nearly 10 billion yuan, oil storage capacity of 430,000 square meters, put into operation the gas station 1,705, annual sales of 10 million tons. The company administered 5 provinces (regions) branch offices, three branch offices and 38 holding companies. In 2005, the company sold a total of 977 tons of refined oil. The retail sales volume was 3.35 million tons, an increase of 1.44 million tons or 750% over the same period of the previous year. Sales revenue reached 37.1 billion yuan, an increase of 6.2 billion yuan over the same period of last year, achieving an appraisal profit of 1.337 billion yuan.
