高速公路在中国大规模建设催生了该行业的快速发展,本文分析了施工单位项目管理实施现状与存在误区,同时也描述了新形势下多项目管理的整体组织架构策略,指出了高速公路施工单位实施多项目管理组织结构需要注意的关键问题,认为充分采用矩阵事业部制,横向整合其组织内部资源,提高项目管理效率是当下施工单位改变困局的首选。
The large-scale construction of expressway in China has given birth to the rapid development of this industry. This article analyzes the status quo and misunderstandings of construction project management, and also describes the overall organizational strategy of multi-project management under the new situation.
