本文观察了长期糖尿病大鼠心脏β肾上腺素受体,α_1肾上腺素受体及其亚型的改变。在功能实验中,糖尿病大鼠左心耳对异丙肾上腺素与苯肾上腺素所介导的正性肌力作用无显著改变,而放射配体结合实验结果表明,糖尿病大鼠心肌β受体与α_1受体数目均显著下降(P<0.05);在α_1受体中,α_1B受体亚型所占的比例显著增高,由于在大鼠心脏主要由α_1B亚型受体介导正性肌力作用,上述亚型的改变可部分解释糖尿病大鼠心肌α_1受体数目下降但其介导的正性肌力作用不改变的矛盾现象。
In this paper, the changes of β adrenergic receptor, α 1 adrenergic receptor and its subtypes in the heart of long-term diabetic rats were observed. In functional experiments, the inotropic effect of isoproterenol and phenylephrine on the left atrial appendage in diabetic rats showed no significant change. The results of radioligand binding assay showed that β receptor and α_1 (P <0.05). The proportion of α 1 B receptor subtypes in α 1 receptor was significantly higher than that in α 1 B subtype receptor in rat heart The changes of the above subtypes may partially explain the contradictory phenomenon that the number of α 1 receptors in myocardium of diabetic rats is decreased but their inotropic effects are not changed.
