目的检测成人Still’s病患者血清腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)活性,分析其与乳酸脱氢酶(lac-tate dehydrogenase,LDH)活性及全血白细胞计数(white blood cell count,WBC)的相关性。方法收集26例成人Still’s患者(疾病组)、40例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者(疾病对照组)及48例健康体检人群(正常对照组)血清,采用全自动生化分析仪检测3组血清ADA和LDH活性;全血白细胞计数采用五分类全自动血细胞分析仪进行。结果疾病组血清腺苷脱氨酶活性明显高于疾病对照组和正常对照组(P=0.000)。疾病组中血清ADA与LDH活性呈现明显的正相关(r=0.786,P=0.000),但与白细胞没有显著相关性(r=0.244,P=0.229)。结论血清ADA在成人Still’s患者中活性增高,提示ADA可能该病的一种潜在的诊断标志物,且与WBC无相关性,提示血清腺苷脱氨酶可能是一种独立于WBC之外诊断成人Still’s病的标志物之一。
Objective To detect the serum adenosine deaminase (ADA) activity in adult patients with Still’s disease and analyze its relationship with lac-tate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity and white blood cell count (WBC) Correlation. Methods Twenty-six adult patients with Still’s disease (group of disease), 40 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 48 healthy controls (normal control group) were collected and serum was collected by automatic biochemical analyzer ADA and LDH activity; whole blood white blood cell count using five automatic hematology analyzer. Results Serum adenosine deaminase activity in disease group was significantly higher than that in disease control group and normal control group (P = 0.000). Serum ADA and LDH activity in the disease group showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.786, P = 0.000), but no significant correlation with leukocyte (r = 0.244, P = 0.229). Conclusion Serum ADA activity in adult Still’s patients increased, suggesting that ADA may be a potential diagnostic marker of the disease and has no correlation with WBC, suggesting that serum adenosine deaminase may be an independent diagnosis of adult WBC One of the hallmarks of Still’s disease.
