近年来,在我国安全生产管理工作中,安全培训工作的地位日益提高。作为石油石化行业安全培训机构,则应根据安全培训教育的发展趋势,积极做好员工安全培训教育考核总体规划实施工作,实现安全培训考核体系信息化,使考核更加公平。基于虚拟现实技术的考核方式颠覆了原有传统的培训教学考核模式,探索出了一条提升培训效率、优化培训效果的培训考核之路。
In recent years, in our country’s work safety management, the status of safety training has been increasing day by day. As a safety training institute in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, we should actively carry out the overall planning and implementation of staff safety training and education assessment according to the development trend of safety training education, and realize the informationization of the safety training and examination system so as to make the examination more fair. The assessment method based on the virtual reality technology subverts the traditional traditional training and teaching assessment mode and explores a training and assessment road that improves the training efficiency and optimizes the training effect.
