[目的]建立海带中铝的铬天青S作为显色剂分光光度法测定方法。[方法]样品经微波消解,铬天青S作显色剂,在波长620nm下比色测定海带中铝的吸光度。并比较了湿法消解和微波消解结果的差异。[结果]微波消解铬天青法测定海带中的铝有明显优势。铝含量在0.2~10.0μg/50ml呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 8。微波消解样品的回收率为94.86%~105.43%,湿法消解样品的回收率为82.86%~90.00%。[结论]微波消解法操作简便、减少了强酸给人体带来的损害,且重现性好、灵敏度高、回收率高,能满足食品中铝的测定。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a chromazurol S from kelp which is aluminum as a reagent for spectrophotometry. [Method] The samples were digested with microwave and chrome azure S as color reagent. The absorbance of aluminum in kelp was determined by colorimetry at 620nm wavelength. The differences between wet digestion and microwave digestion were compared. [Result] The microwave digestion of chromate blue method for determination of aluminum in kelp has obvious advantages. Aluminum content in 0.2 ~ 10.0μg / 50ml showed a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 8. The recovery rates of microwave digestion samples ranged from 94.86% to 105.43%, and the recoveries of wet digestion samples ranged from 82.86% to 90.00%. [Conclusion] The microwave digestion method is simple and easy to operate, reducing the damage caused by strong acid to the human body, and has good reproducibility, high sensitivity and high recovery, which can meet the determination of aluminum in food.
