大学英语教师教学反思能力的培养与一定的内外部因素有关,它们影响和制约着教师反思能力发展的方向和程度。正确客观的教学反思有助于教师提高自己的教学能力和教学水平,而片面主观的教学反思将会把教师的教学理念和教学行为引向歧途。教师要对其教学行为及教学理念进行客观准确的反思,首先应有广泛的理论作为基础,其次具有较强的自我意识和批判意识以及丰富的教学实践。因此,教师反思能力的培养主要从教师自我监控能力和教师教学监控能力这两个方面展开。
The cultivation of college English teachers’ ability of teaching reflection is related to some internal and external factors, which influence and constrain the direction and degree of teacher’s reflective ability development. Correct and objective teaching reflection helps teachers to improve their teaching ability and teaching level, while one-sided subjective teaching reflection will lead teachers’ teaching philosophy and teaching behavior astray. Teachers should objectively and accurately reflect on their teaching behavior and teaching philosophy. Firstly, they should have a broad range of theories as the basis, followed by strong self-awareness and critical awareness and rich teaching practice. Therefore, the cultivation of teacher’s reflective ability mainly starts from two aspects: the self-monitoring ability of teachers and the ability of teachers’ teaching monitoring.
