以优质中筋小麦豫麦70为试验材料,研究了后期喷素对沙薄地小麦子粒产量与品质的影响。结果表明,喷素可提高穗粒数,增加子粒产量,喷施丰优素的产量最高,较对照(喷清水)增产12.6%左右;除硬度、拉伸特性外,所有喷素处理的小麦品质趋于软质化,表现为灰分含量下降,出粉率、吸水率降低,蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉降值减少,稳定时间、断裂时间缩短,弱化度增加。
With high-quality wheat gluten wheat Yumai 70 as test material, the effects of late-stage spongy on grain yield and quality of thin-field wheat were studied. The results showed that spathe increased the number of grains per spike and increased the grain yield. Except hardness and tensile properties, Tending to soften, the performance of the ash content decreased, the powder yield, water absorption decreased, protein content, wet gluten content, sedimentation value decreased, the stabilization time, fracture time shortened, the degree of weakness increased.
