发动机气门弹簧是以弹赞钢丝绕成的螺旋形,每圈钢丝之间留有一定的间距作为伸缩余地。钢丝具有一定的弹性,经过定性热处理工艺后受压时就不容易变形,发动机采用这种弹簧作为气门的复位装置。气门弹簧的好坏直接影响到气门能否正常工作。气门弹簧为汽车发动机的重要减震部件,它保证气门开启后及时归位。文章对近期几次售后气门弹簧断裂故障分析,通过对气门弹簧进行硬度、化学成分、扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析,结果表明,气门弹簧断裂是由于腐蚀凹坑造成。

The article analyzes several faults of the sale of valve springs in recent years, and analyzes the hardness, chemical composition, SEM and EDS of the valve springs. The results show that the fracture of the valve springs is caused by the corrosion pits.
