高师音乐教育理论课中师生互动的原则与策略

国外研究表明,教师倾向于“用自己被教的方式来教学生”。在新课改背景下,基础音乐课程倡导创设适恰的师生互动来促进学生学习的自主、合作、探究及创新。因此,探究高师音乐教育理论课中师生互动的原则和策略无疑将对提高课程教学质量和推进基础音乐课程改革具有重要的作用和意义。基于师生互动的本质与内涵、音乐师范生的学习心理、基础音乐教育对师资素养的要求、高师音乐教育理论课的特点等四个因素,文章提出高师音乐教育理论课应遵循双主体原则、灵活多样原则与实践性原则,并进一步从师资素养、学习心理、互动氛围、教学方法及教学评价等五个方面探讨了师生互动的策略,最后指出师生互动本身不是目的,但却以行动对雅斯贝尔斯有关教育本质的名言作出了很好的诠释。 Foreign studies show that teachers tend to “teach their students in the way they are taught.” In the context of the new curriculum reform, the basic music curriculum advocates creating appropriate teacher-student interaction to promote student learning autonomy, cooperation, inquiry and innovation. Therefore, exploring the principles and strategies of interaction between teachers and students in music education theory course will undoubtedly play an important role and significance in improving teaching quality and promoting the reform of basic music curriculum. Based on the four factors of the nature and intension of interaction between teachers and students, the learning psychology of music teachers, the requirement of music education for teachers and the characteristics of music education theory in normal colleges and universities, the article proposes that the theory course of music education should follow the principle of " Flexible and diverse principles and practical principles, and further discusses the teacher-student interaction strategy from five aspects: teacher’s literacy, learning psychology, interactive atmosphere, teaching methods and teaching evaluation. Finally, it points out that the interaction between teachers and students is not an end in itself, Jaspers made a good interpretation of the famous words about the nature of education.
