外啮合齿轮泵是液压传动中广泛采用的一种能量转换装置,是把原动机的机械能转变为液压能。其结构主要采用了齿轮的外啮合传动形式,主要优点是结构简单,制造方便,体积小,转速高,自吸性好,对油的污染不敏感,工作可靠,寿命长,便于维护维修以及价格低廉;但外啮合齿轮泵因结构存在一些问题,工作过程中流量和压力脉动较大,噪声较大,机械振动明显,排量不可调。本文针对以上缺点需进一步对外啮合齿轮泵的结构问题进行分析与研究,提出了相应的处理措施,使泵达到良好的运行状态,以满足使用要求。
