CD59基因含5个外显子,属于UPAR/Ly-6超家族成员。该家族基因结构保守,但它们表达的蛋白质具有广泛的生物学功能。CD59分子有组成性(constitutive)和诱导性(inducible)表达两种表达方式;顺式作用元件及反式作用蛋白的协调作用决定着基因表达的特异性。
The CD59 gene contains 5 exons and belongs to the UPAR / Ly-6 superfamily. The family of genes is structurally conserved, but the proteins they express have a wide range of biological functions. The CD59 molecule has constitutive and inducible expression. The coordination between cis-acting element and trans-acting protein determines the specificity of gene expression.
