The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Atractylodes macrocephalae polysaccharides and Bacillus subtilis on growth performance and serum immune parameters in laying hens. A total of 480 healthy and 11-week-old Hy-line hens were selected and randomly divided into 12 groups with 4 replicates in each group, with 10 replicates in each group. Experiments were designed with 4 (Atractylodes polysaccharides: 0, 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6%) x 3 (Bacillus subtilis: 0, 250 mg / kg and 500 mg / kg) The test period is 7 weeks, of which 1 week pre-test period, the trial period of 6 weeks. The results showed that: (1) The addition of Atractylodes macrocephala to diets had no significant effect on average daily feed intake and serum IgM content in laying hens (P> 0.05), but significantly increased the body weight, average daily gain and (P <0.05); (2) Bacillus subtilis added to the dietary body weight, average daily feed intake and weight of laying hens (P <0.05), but could significantly increase the average daily gain (P <0.05) and the serum Ig G and Ig M levels (P <0.05). (3) Atractylodes macrocephala The interaction between polysaccharides and Bacillus subtilis had no significant effect on average daily feed intake and serum Ig A and Ig M contents in laying hens (P> 0.05), but significantly increased the final body weight, average daily gain and Serum Ig G content, reduce the weight-to-weight ratio (P <0.05). The results showed that the interaction of Atractylodes macrocephala and Bacillus subtilis had a synergistic effect on the growth performance and serum immune index of the laying hens, and the effect was better with the addition of 0.4% Atractylodes polysaccharide and 250 mg / kg B. subtilis.
