江西铜业公司德兴铜矿是目前国内最大的露天开采铜矿。为了解决该矿道路的压实要求,已经先后购进了3台美国英格索兰—兰德(ING ERSOLL-RAND)公司的SP-60D/D型轮胎驱动铰接式振动压路机。该机工作质量为18t,振动轮分配质量10.48t,振动频率25.4Hz,理论振幅1.5mm,激振力267kN,振动轮直径1520mm,宽度为2540mm,静线压力404.3N/cm,行驶速度为0～6.4km/h和0～10.3km/h。
Jiangxi Copper Company Dexing Copper Mine is currently the largest open-pit copper mine. To address the compaction requirements of the mine, three SP-60D / D tire-driven articulated vibratory rollers from ING ERSOLL-RAND have been purchased. The working quality of this machine is 18t, the mass of vibrating wheel is 10.48t, the vibration frequency is 25.4Hz, the theoretical amplitude is 1.5mm, the exciting force is 267kN, the diameter of vibration wheel is 1520mm, the width is 2540mm, the static line pressure is 404.3N / cm and the traveling speed is 0 ~ 6.4km / h and 0 ~ 10.3km / h.
