应用乙磷铝作防治橡胶条溃疡病试验,经过系统的室内、外测试,显示出乙磷铝比常规农药溃疡净有无与伦比的优越性。 割面接种测试结果表明,有效浓度0.4%乙磷铝水悬液的防效与0.5%溃疡净一样好;0.8—1.2%的防效优于溃疡净;而且残效期长,施药后割两刀(第5天)防效仍有61.5—70.3%,可是溃疡净只有7.6%。用25%乙磷铝缓释剂涂施,其残效期更长,据五次重复试验结果表明,在雨季药后5—10天的平均防效为85.5—86.2%;药后14—19天的平均防效仍有69.8~74.0%。大田小区对比防效(自然感病)试验结果表明,每两周施一次缓释剂的防效可达95.4%。
