激发员工的积极工作行为有利于提升个人绩效以及组织绩效。研究采用问卷调查法对来自8个组织的225个员工进行了调查,从组织情景因素和个体因素探讨了积极工作行为的影响因素。研究结果表明:促进定向与积极工作行为各维度存在正相关;预防定向与积极工作行为各维度存在负相关;变革型领导在促进定向和积极工作行为之间具有一定的正向调节作用;变革型领导在预防定向与积极工作行为之间具有一定的负向调节作用。
Motivating employees to work actively promotes personal performance and organizational performance. The survey conducted a survey of 225 employees from 8 organizations using questionnaires, and discussed the influencing factors of active work behaviors from organizational and individual factors. The results show that there is a positive correlation between promotion orientation and all dimensions of active work behavior; prevention orientation is negatively correlated with all dimensions of positive work behavior; transformational leadership has a positive effect on promoting orientation and active work behavior; The leadership has a certain negative regulation effect between prevention orientation and active work behavior.
