在三交组合Ⅱ-32B∥协青早B/Dular的F2群体中获得1株显性脆秆水稻,遗传稳定后命名为ZGBCR1。用中9B作轮回亲本与ZGBCR1杂交并连续回交3次,再与中9A测交、连续回交,育成印水型显性脆秆水稻不育系中脆A。中脆A茎叶脆嫩、全生育期表现脆性,配合力好,米质优,对稻瘟病和白叶枯病抗性较好,异交习性好,繁殖制种产量高。用中脆A组配的F1杂种优势强,茎秆容易折断。中脆A于2008年9月通过浙江省农业厅组织的技术鉴定,在稻草饲用和籼粳亚种间杂种优势利用中具有较大的应用潜力。
A dominant brittle culm rice was obtained from the F2 population of Ⅱ-32B∥ Xieqingzao B / Dular in three cross combinations, and was genetically stable and named as ZGBCR1. With 9B as the reincarnated parent and ZGBCR1 hybridized and backcrossed 3 times in a row, and then measured with the 9A 9A, continuous backcross, bred into water-based dominant brittle brittle grain CMS lines. The crisp A stems and leaves crisp, crisp throughout the growing period, good combining ability, good quality rice, rice blast and bacterial blight resistance is good, good heterosis, breeding high yield. With the crisp A group F1 hybrid heterosis, stems easily broken. Medium crisp A in September 2008 through the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Agriculture organized technical appraisal, in the straw forage and indica-japonica subspecies heterosis utilization has greater potential.
