我国加入世贸组织是经济领域面临的重大转折,也为房地产业提供了至少七大难得机遇。 机遇一:消化空置,盘活存量。入世后大批国外机构纷纷进驻中国,势必会为目前低迷的外销物业带来一股暖流。 机遇二:降低建造成本。此前高档物业所需的高档建材均需进口,价格昂贵。入世后关税将由22.5%降至17%甚至更低。 机遇三:促进产业重组。目前国内开发企业多达2.5万余家,1998年行业平均利润率仅为3.7%。入世有利于加速产业重组,铸造“品牌效应”。
China’s accession to the WTO is a major turning point in the economic field and has provided at least seven rare opportunities for the real estate industry.
