沙棘油 从沙棘籽或果渣中提取。每100克沙棘油中含有100毫克维生素A(高于鱼肝油的含量)和120毫克维生素E。沙棘油中还富含亚油酸、醇类、酚类,以及钾、钙、钠、镁、铁等多种矿物元素。 沙棘油不仅是一种优质的食用油,而且又是一种珍贵的药用油。现代药理研究证实,沙棘油可抗辐射、抗疲劳、增强机体活力;能降低胆固醇,软化动脉血管,缓解心绞痛的发作;对放射性疾病、皮肤烧伤、冻伤、刀伤、溃疡、食道癌、子宫颈糜烂等也有一定疗效。 从沙棘油中提取的黄酮类物质,可作为研制防癌、抗癌的药物。一些癌症患者服用沙棘油后,病情都有不同程度的缓解。
